Pressure Washing

Every house should be pressure washed prior to painting in order to remove any dirt, dust, mildew or mold spores. It is critical that the surface is clean and dry before paint is applied so that it adheres the propper way. A mild mold and mildew remover siding cleaner should be used during this process.
Every deck should be pressure washed before staining for the same reasons the siding needs to be washed. But one further advantage to using water pressure of 3100 PSI, along with a green, 45 degree tip is that someone who is particularly skilled with a washer can actually make the wood look brand new before staining.

The impact that can be made on driveways, sidewalks, and patios if pressure washed every few years is large.
