We fix all blemishes on walls and woodwork before we paint them. No other painting company does that.

Other types of professional sprayers create a lot of overspray, which dries on all adjacent areas of the project, making them rough to the touch. This is not the case with the FUJI Platinum series. We spray with the professional-grade Fuji Q4 Platinum HVLP system with the T70 spray gun — trusted by craftsmen for their power, precision, and ultra-fine factory finish, unmatched by any other sprayer. Warranty Coverage
Precision Painting of Sioux City guarantees that all exterior painting services performed will be free from peeling, blistering, or chipping as a result of defective workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of completion.
If such defects occur during the warranty period, Precision Painting of
Sioux City will supply the labor and materials necessary to correct the
problem at no cost to the customer.
Conditions and Limitations
This warranty is subject to the following conditions:
1. Surface Preparation & Paint: The warranty applies onlyto areas properly prepared and painted by Precision Painting of Sioux City,using premium-grade exterior paints specified in the original estimate.
2. Normal Wear & Tear: This warranty does not cover:
- Fading of discoloration due to UV exposure
- Mildew, mold or other biologica growth
- Damage due to weather extremes (hail, wind-driven rain tornadoes, etc.)
- Varnished surfaes
- Galvanized metal
- Horizontal surfaces subject to standing water
3. Customer Maiintenance: The warranty is void if:
- The customer fails to maintain the property (e.g., clogged gutters,
sprinkler overspray, etc.)
- The suurface is physically damaged or tampered with ( e.gg.,
structural shifting, pressure washing damage)
4. Unauthorized Work: Any touch-ups or repainting performed by
another contractor or individual voids this warranty for the afected area.

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of discovering the issue. We will inspect the areas in question, and if we aree with the assessment, will imediately fix the affected areas.
WARRANTY
Interior Touch-up Promise
For a period of five years Precision Painting of Sioux City promises to return and do any and all, no-fault, no questions asked, touch ups, on all residential interior work we had previously performed. Unlike the warranty, these touch ups do not have to be arequested because of paint failure. They can be for areasvthat have simply expefrienced normal wear and tear. Simply provide a dated invoice and we will add you to our schedule.
